After contributing her voice to the English dub of the Japanese animated comedy My Neighbors the Yamadas in 1999, Liliana Mumy quickly built a diverse career across live-action and voice acting. Early in her career, Mumy secured a guest role in Scrubs in 2001, showcasing her live-action versatility. She then made a significant mark in live-action film as Lucy Miller in the popular holiday movie The Santa Clause 2 in 2002.
In 2003, she appeared in The Twilight Zone revival series episode ‘It’s Still a Good Life,’ portraying Audrey Fremont. The same year saw her take on a significant voice role as Mertle Edmonds in Stitch! The Movie, initiating her involvement in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, and also starred as Jessica Baker in the hit family comedy Cheaper by the Dozen.
