Lindsay Heather Pearce, born on April 30, 1991, in Modesto, California, is an American actress and singer. Adopted into an athletic family, she was discovered to have a talent for singing at a young age despite being deaf for the first six months of her life. Her early exposure to music and theater began at age six, leading to roles in amateur shows by thirteen. Pearce attended Modesto Christian High School and later Valley Charter High School, alongside taking full-time college classes at Modesto Junior College, where she honed her skills in classical voice, Shakespeare, and movement for the stage. Her early regional theater experiences included playing Belle in ‘Beauty and the Beast’ (2008), Wendy Darling in ‘Peter Pan’ (2009), and Cinderella in ‘Cinderella’ (2010), all with Tri-Valley Repertory Theatre.
Her career gained significant momentum in 2011 when she participated in ‘The Glee Project,’ a reality show offering a role on ‘Glee.’ Although a runner-up, she secured a two-episode arc as Harmony, an ambitious singer who impressed critics and audiences, appearing in the third-season premiere and later in “Hold On to Sixteen” (2011). Following her television debut, Pearce expanded her stage presence, starring as Snow White in ‘A Snow White Christmas’ (2011), Cathy in ‘The Last Five Years’ (2012), and Wendla Bergman in ‘Spring Awakening’ (2012).
