Høst’s career progressed to the Olympic level, where she first competed in the Laser Radial event at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. A significant achievement in her career came in 2020 when she secured a bronze medal at the Women’s Laser Radial World Championship in Melbourne. This international recognition solidified her standing as a top athlete in her discipline. She continued her Olympic journey by representing Norway again at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where she achieved her best Olympic result, winning a bronze medal in the ILCA 6 event.
