Lisa Wilcox

Lisa Elizabeth Wilcox, born in Columbia, Missouri, began her career in entertainment through Equity Waiver theater. She furthered her education by completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at UCLA. Her acting career expanded to include over 100 film, television, commercial, and theater productions. Wilcox’s early television appearances included guest roles in series such as “Hardcastle and McCormick” (1985), “You Again?” (1986), “CBS Schoolbreak Special” (1987), “Valerie’s Family: The Hogans” (1987), “Mr. Belvedere” (1987), and “MacGyver” (1987). She gained significant recognition for her role as Alice Johnson in “A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master” (1988), a role she reprised due to the film’s box office success in “A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child” (1989).

Throughout her career, Wilcox has demonstrated versatility in various genres, appearing in comedies, soap operas, and episodic dramas. She held regular roles in television series such as “Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventures” (1992), “Knots Landing” (1979), and “General Hospital” (1963). Her notable television work includes portraying Carol Brady/Florence Henderson in the TV movie “Unauthorized: Brady Bunch – The Final Days” (2000) and Yuta in an episode of “Star Trek: The Next Generation” (1989), which gained significant cultural recognition. Wilcox has also co-starred in films like “Men Seeking Women” (1997) alongside Will Ferrell and “Watchers Reborn” (1998) with Mark Hamill. Her work in the student foreign short film “Les nouvelles aventures de Chastity Blade” (2000) earned a nomination for a Foreign Student Film Academy Award.

After a period focusing on her family life, Wilcox returned to full-time acting around 2019, engaging in numerous projects. She has appeared in the web series “Fear Clinic” (2009), for which she received a Streamy Award nomination, and more recently, the reality television series “MILF Manor” (2023) with her son. Wilcox also co-founded ToeBrights, a footwear jewelry retailer, in 2000 with former co-star Tuesday Knight, showcasing her involvement in entrepreneurial ventures alongside her acting career.
