Marcin Janusz established himself as a premier setter in professional volleyball, consistently contributing to top-tier European competitions and prominent Polish clubs. After securing a bronze medal at the 2015-2016 PlusLiga with PGE Skra Be?chatów, he also led the team to a Polish Cup victory that same season. His early career included significant national team participation in the 2011 FIVB Volleyball Junior World Championship and CEV Youth Volleyball European Championship for Poland. He made multiple European Cup appearances with PGE Skra Be?chatów between 2012 and 2018, culminating in a Polish SuperCup title in 2017-2018 and a Polish Championship.
From 2021, Janusz became a linchpin for ZAKSA K?dzierzyn-Ko?le, achieving consecutive CEV Champions League titles in 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, alongside the Polish Cup and Polish Championship in 2021-2022. Janusz’s impact extended beyond club play, shining on the international stage with Polands Silver Medal at the 2022 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship and another Bronze Medal at the FIVB Men’s Volleyball Nations League that same year. His individual excellence was highlighted as the Most Valuable Player of the 2022 Polish Cup. He continued success with ZAKSA, securing the Polish Men’s Volleyball Cup in 2022-2023 and participating in European Cups through 2023.
Currently, Janusz continues to serve as the highly skilled setter for Asseco Resovia and the Poland national team.
