United States Marcus Holman has established himself as a prominent attackman in professional lacrosse, transitioning from a collegiate standout to an accomplished player and coach.
Marcus Holman joined the NOW Ambassador Program as a Healthy Living Ambassador. He utilizes NOW's quality products daily to support athletic performance.
STX added Marcus Holman, attackman for the Ohio Machine and Team USA member, to their athlete roster. He exclusively uses STX lacrosse equipment and contributes to product development. STX also partnered with the Premier Lacrosse League as an equipment supplier.

Born on May 2, 1991, in Baltimore, Maryland, Marcus Holman began his lacrosse career attending the Gilman School. His high school team was ranked No. 1 nationally by Inside Lacrosse in 2009, during which he served as team MVP and captain. He continued his academic and athletic career at the University of North Carolina, where he became a three-time All-American. As a senior in 2013, he was a Tewaaraton Finalist and was recognized as the ACC Player of the Year. During his time at UNC, Holman set a new school record for all-time leading scorer in 2013, a record later surpassed in 2015.
Holman was drafted into Major League Lacrosse (MLL) in 2013 by the Ohio Machine, where he played for six seasons across 81 games. His professional career highlights include being named MLL Championship MVP in 2017 after scoring four goals and two assists, leading the Ohio Machine to their first MLL Championship. He finished his MLL career with 208 goals, ranking 12th all-time, 87 assists, and 302 total points, placing him 16th all-time in the league. In 2019, he joined the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) as a member of the Archers Lacrosse Club. He was selected for the 2019 PLL All-Star Game and led the league with 33 goals.
Since joining the PLL, Holman has continued to achieve recognition, including being named to multiple All-Star teams, securing a 1st Team All-Pro selection in 2019 and 2023, and being awarded the Eamon McEneaney Attackman of the Year in 2023. He signed with the Cannons Lacrosse Club in 2023, where he serves as co-captain. Beyond his playing career, Holman has also contributed to the sport as an Assistant Coach for the University of Utah. He represented Team USA twice, earning a silver medal in 2014 and a gold medal in 2018 at the World Lacrosse Championship. Holman is noted for his work ethic and leadership on and off the field.
