Mariahlynn is best known for her role in the Love & Hip-Hop: New York, the original series in the successful Love & Hip-Hop reality television franchise. She has appeared in 60 episodes of the show since joining in 2015, and she’s also popped up in various spin-off series, including Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta and Check Yourself. She’s also proved her hip-hop worth with a run of singles, including her debut, 2015’s ‘Once Upon a Time’, which has been streamed and viewed on YouTube over 50 million times. Her debut album, The Blonde Bomber (a reference to her trademark platinum-blonde tresses) was released in 2017.
MariahLynn first joined Love & Hip-Hop: New York in late 2015. Alongside Cardi B and Remy Ma, she was one of several new stars who joined for the show’s sixth season. She remained part of the main cast for three seasons and continues to appear in an also-starring role. Her time on the show coincided with its golden period, with each episode gaining millions of viewers. Her musical career also took off, with a long run of singles that includes the likes of ‘Too Much Money’, ‘Tab Reloaded’ (a collaboration with Remy Ma), and 2021’s ‘I Stole My Bitch’.
Since breaking through in 2015, Mariahlynn has built a huge social media following, particularly on Instagram, where she is fast approaching 1.5 million followers. Every time she uploads a new music video to YouTube, its view count quickly numbers in the hundreds of thousands. Importantly, her prolific release rate has proved that her success has outlived the currently-on-ice Love & Hip-Hop: New York series.
