Marion Reneau signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in 2014 after securing a decisive submission victory over Maureen Riordan at Resurrection Fighting Alliance 16 in July 2014. Despite initial skepticism, Reneau made her impactful UFC debut on January 3, 2015, at UFC 182, where she earned a unanimous decision win against Alexis Dufresne.
