Meeya Davis embarked on her acting career with a strong foundation, earning a BFA from Rutgers University in 2012. Her early work included performances in theatrical productions, such as playing Amber in Katori Hall’s “The Blood Quilt” at Arena Stage in 2015. This experience prepared her for on-screen roles that would follow. She gained initial television exposure with appearances in series like “High Maintenance” in 2016 and “Crashing” in 2017, where she demonstrated her capabilities in episodic storytelling. These early television credits established her presence in the acting community.

A significant milestone in Davis’s career came in 2018 with her role as Tilly Jackson in the critically acclaimed video game “Red Dead Redemption II.” This performance not only showcased her voice acting talent but also involved facial scanning technology, marking a notable contribution to the gaming industry. Davis also secured recurring roles in prominent television series, portraying River in “Blue Bloods” in 2024 and Iris Nelson in “FBI” in 2025.
