Mia Mastroianni

Mia Mastroianni began her career in the hospitality sector, developing expertise in mixology and bar management. Her skills led her to a Head Bartender position at Soho House West Hollywood from 2010 to 2016. During this period, she was instrumental in the operations of the establishment, gaining practical experience in high-volume and upscale bar environments. This role provided a foundation for her subsequent work as a consultant.

In 2013, Mia Mastroianni transitioned into a consulting role on the television series Bar Rescue, a position she continues to hold. On the show, she works alongside host Jon Taffer to assist in the revitalization of various bars across the United States. Her contributions involve providing guidance on mixology, bar operations, and staff training. This work has taken her to locations such as Philadelphia, PA, and Norwalk, CA, where she applies her knowledge to improve struggling establishments. Beyond Bar Rescue, Mastroianni has also been involved in revamping specific bar programs, including her work with the Palms hotel’s Social bar. She has also appeared as an actress in several productions, such as “Jon Lajoie: Please Use This Song” (2014) and “Prom Queen” (2012).
