Michael Garofola

Michael Garofola was a contestant on season 9 of The Bachelorette, as well as working as a lawyer and advocate for a number of justice causes.

This reality television star first shot to fame when he was selected as a cast member on the hugely popular reality TV dating show The Bachelorette. In the programme, eligible bachelors try to win over the lady of their dreams as she attempts to choose between them. Garofola made it all the way through to week 7 of the fierce competition, placing in the top five on the show and becoming a fan favourite along the way. Outside of his appearances on the series he is an attorney and a former Department of Justice prosecutor, as well as being a vocal advocate for several causes including Black Lives Matter and animal rescue charities. He is also outspoken about his political views, taking a left wing stance and sharing both headlines and his opinions widely across his social media pages.
