Gaining widespread recognition for her breakout role as Courtney Crimsen in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why, Michele Selene Ang appeared in 22 episodes from 2017 to 2020, establishing herself as a compelling talent in television. Prior to her impactful screen debut, Ang honed her craft, receiving early training at the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts for Theater. Her artistic promise was further recognized with a 2012 National YoungArts Program Silver Award in Theater and as a 2012 U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts.
Continuing her prolific output in 2024, Ang acted in Purity Camp as Brooke and Dead Girl as Sarah. Looking ahead to 2025, she is slated to appear as Helen, The Megaphone Woman in Trigger Happy, and as Augustina in Mushroom Dad. Ang remains actively engaged in developing additional narrative shorts through February Face Productions and has a feature directorial debut currently in progress, cementing her position as a dynamic actor, director, and writer.
