Moises Arias

Moises Arias was born on April 18, 1994, in New York City, New York, to Colombian parents. He began his professional acting career at a young age, appearing in music videos and minor film roles. His early training included attending Barbizon Modeling and Acting School in Tampa, Florida. These initial experiences provided the foundation for his entry into larger acting projects, showcasing early dedication to his craft.

His career saw a significant turning point with his role as Rico Suave in the Disney Channel series ‘Hannah Montana’, which aired from 2006 to 2011. This role established his presence in television. Concurrently, he appeared in films such as ‘Nacho Libre’ in 2006 and ‘The Perfect Game’ in 2009. Moving into the 2010s, Arias expanded his repertoire, taking on more mature roles that demonstrated his versatility as an actor. A notable milestone occurred in 2013 when he co-starred in ‘The Kings of Summer’, a film that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival to positive reception, which he identified as a key moment in his career. The same year, he had a prominent supporting role as Bonzo Madrid in the science fiction film ‘Ender’s Game’.

Continuing to build his filmography, Arias appeared in the 2019 CBS film ‘Five Feet Apart’ as Poe Ramirez and as Bigfoot in the Colombian war drama ‘Monos’. In 2020, he was an executive producer for ‘Blast Beat’ and also appeared in ‘The King of Staten Island’. More recently, he took on a main role as Norm MacLean in the Amazon Prime Video series ‘Fallout’ (2024–present), showcasing his continued involvement in significant projects across various platforms. Beyond acting, Arias co-founded MSFTSrep, a youth collective and fashion brand, in 2012, with Jaden Smith, Willow Smith, and his brother Mateo Arias, indicating a broader engagement in creative and entrepreneurial ventures.
