Natalie Ward

Natalie Ward first made her mark on the international stage by securing a bronze medal at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics, the inaugural tournament for Olympic softball. A consistent force as one of the world’s leading infielders, primarily playing shortstop and second base for the Australian team, Ward continued her Olympic success with another bronze medal at the Sydney Summer Olympics in 2000. Her early career established her as a foundational talent, demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership as Australia consistently medaled at the highest level of competition.
