Prior to his tenure as a principal anchor and reporter at CNBC, where he also hosted the popular program ‘Power Lunch,’ Cavuto gained extensive experience serving as a New York City bureau chief and a reporter for the Public Broadcasting Service’s Nightly Business Report for 15 years. His pivotal move to Fox News occurred in July 1996, where he quickly became the host and managing editor of ‘Your World with Neil Cavuto,’ which debuted in October of the same year and established him as a leading voice in financial news.
Cavuto’s leadership and on-air presence expanded significantly in March 2006, when he was appointed Vice President of FOX Business News.
