Eggert gained significant recognition for her role as Jamie Powell in the situation comedy “Charles in Charge,” appearing in 104 episodes from 1987 to 1990. During this period, she also hosted the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in 1989 with Wil Wheaton and made guest appearances on shows like “Who’s the Boss?” and “The Super Mario Bros.
