Boisterous American-Italian Nicole Zanatta is best known for her appearances on multiple reality shows filmed around the world. However, before she auditioned to appear on MTV’s Real World: Skeletons, she’d never left her native Staten Island. The show involved her moving to Chicago and living with a houseful of strangers, all of whom were visited by people from their past. Having survived that, she returned a couple of years later as a contestant on another long-running MTV show, The Challenge: Vendettas, in which 28 reality stars battle it out to win their share of the half-a-million-dollar prize. Zanatta made it to the final before being knocked out.
After a guest appearance on Say Yes To the Dress, the outgoing and, by her own admission, “up for anything” Zanatta then appeared on her third MTV reality show, 2019’s Game of Clones, in which reality show alumni are paired up with a lookalike of their celebrity crush — hers is singer-songwriter Ciara. Later that year, she was a contestant on Ex On The Beach: Peak of Love, the fourth series of another MTV reality show where contestants live together in a New Zealand beauty spot whilst being visited by some of their ex-partners. One of those partners, Ashley Caeser, was visiting Zanatta in New York when the pandemic hit in 2020. The pair ended up quarantining together and became the subject of an episode of MTV’s True Lives Presents: Quarantine Stories.
Away from reality TV, Zanatta works for the New York Fire Department, having worked her way up from being an EMT.
