Nina Klemm is real in more ways than one. A realtor by trade, she has also become a reality television star in recent years, starring in the Bravo TV series Flipping Exes, which follows her and her ex-boyfriend Michael LeSure as they “flip” — buy, restore, and resell — properties across Indianapolis, Indiana, also known as the “Beverly Hills of the Midwest”. The show first aired in 2019 and Klemm has continued to build her public profile, gathering thousands of followers across social media.
Klemm and Michael LeSure were a couple who didn’t work out romantically but made a lot of business sense. So when their relationship reached its conclusion, they formed a business partnership, taking old houses, doing them up, and selling them on. But this isn’t a quick turnaround project aimed at the rental market. These houses go for upwards of a million dollars, placing Klemm right in the heart of Indiana’s most glamorous communities.
Klemm says she won’t stop pursuing her goals until she has built an empire. With a winning mixture of drive, business nous, and reality TV glamour, it’s certainly within her grasp.
