Penny Johnson Jerald is an accomplished actress known for her diverse roles across television and film, building a career that spans decades and multiple genres. After making her screen debut in 1983 on an episode of ‘American Playhouse,’ Penny Johnson Jerald quickly secured a major television role as Vivian Conway in ‘The Paper Chase’ from 1984 to 1986. She continued to build her diverse resume with appearances in notable productions, including ‘General Hospital’ in 1986 and Spike Lee’s critically acclaimed film ‘Do the Right Thing’ in 1989.
