Peyton List

Peyton List secured her first major film role at eight years old in the 2008 romantic comedy 27 Dresses, playing the younger version of the lead character. She continued to build her filmography with appearances in Confessions of a Shopaholic, Something Borrowed, and Remember Me. A significant turning point in her early career came with her casting as Emma Ross in Disney Channel’s Jessie in 2011, a role she continued for four seasons. This made her a recognizable face to a young audience and led to a spin-off series, Bunk’d, where she reprised her role for three seasons, concluding in 2018.

During her time with Disney, List also gained experience behind the camera, helming an episode of Bunk’d in 2018. Following her extensive work in children’s television, List successfully transitioned to more mature and complex roles. In 2019, she joined the critically acclaimed Netflix series Cobra Kai as Tory Nichols, a character that grew into a central antagonist and later, a fan-favorite, showcasing a different aspect of her acting range to a new demographic of viewers. The series is set to conclude in its highly anticipated final season.

Beyond acting and producing, List has ventured into entrepreneurship, launching her own clean and sustainable beauty brand, Pley Beauty, in 2022. This venture included a notable collaboration with her show Cobra Kai, highlighting her ability to integrate her acting career with her business endeavors. List continues to take on new and diverse projects, including starring roles in the upcoming films Girl Haunts Boy, The Inheritance, and Agonist, all slated for release in 2024, cementing her status as a versatile and multifaceted artist in the industry.
