Rachel Swindler is a bright and bubbly lady best known for her stint on the global phenomenon and internationally recognised hit reality television competition Big Brother, of which she appeared in the twentieth season of the US version. As a result of her time on the show, the following season she co-hosted the follow up programme After Buzz, discussing the events of the house and the behaviour of the housemates alongside fellow host JC Mounduix, as well as discussing various other reality shows. She also later appeared in Celebrity Big Brother season houseguest James Maslow’s music video for his song Delirious, featuring as a model, and returned to the franchise in 2020. Swindler competed in the head to head showdown of Big Brother Canada versus Big Brother US mini, hosted by Audrey Middleton, and also returned to the show for the Heroes Vs Villains All Stars mini in 2020 as a hero.

Outside of the Big Brother house, Swindler is a Las Vegas resident, where she works as an entertainer, singer and dancer. She also starred in Indie horror flick Ill, released in 2011. When not on the screen, she can be found interacting with fans across her various social media pages, and regularly posts videos on her personal YouTube channel, named Outside The House, which she began in late 2020. Featuring herself and Bryce McLeay, a former Big Brother staffer, their content covers gameplay analysis, former houseguests and the channel goes live every Thursday following the latest eviction.
