Erin & Sara Foster

Erin and Sara Foster have successfully transitioned from acting to creating, writing, and executive producing popular television series and developing a successful fashion brand. After captivating audiences with their hit mockumentary series ‘Barely Famous’, Erin and Sara Foster have cemented their status as prolific creators, writers, and executive producers across television and media. Erin’s foundational work in television included serving as a staff writer for the NBC sitcom ‘The New Normal’ in 2012, building on a robust acting career that saw her in series such as ‘Castle,’ ‘The O.C.,’ ‘House,’ and ‘Gilmore Girls,’ as well as the film ‘Cellular’ (2004). The sisters then collaborated to create and star in ‘Barely Famous,’ a critically acclaimed mockumentary series for VH1 that ran for two seasons from 2015 to 2016, satirizing reality television.

They co-founded the highly successful clothing line, Favorite Daughter, establishing a significant presence in the fashion industry. Further diversifying their portfolio, Erin and Sara also co-founded Oversubscribed Ventures, a venture fund that actively invests in emerging businesses.
