After a standout career across elite ice hockey leagues, Riley Dobranski demonstrated her exceptional athletic prowess and competitive drive before seamlessly transitioning to collegiate-level soccer. Dobranski first established herself as a formidable forward in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) during the 2017-18 season. Playing with Pursuit of Excellence Elite 15s in the CSSHL U16 league, she recorded an impressive 6 goals and 8 assists for 14 points across 28 games.

In the 2019-20 season, she further solidified her reputation as a consistent point-producer in the British Columbia Elite Hockey League (BCEHL) U18. Playing for both the Okanagan Rockets U18 AAA and the Thompson Blazers U18 AAA, she added another 7 goals and 10 assists for 17 points in 31 games with the Blazers, concluding her highly decorated ice hockey tenure. Following her distinguished ice hockey career, Dobranski successfully channeled her athletic talents to collegiate-level women’s soccer, becoming a key member of the Roanoke College team from 2022 to 2023. Her contributions were instrumental in the team’s significant achievements, including securing the prestigious 2022 Regional Champion title.

She subsequently helped propel the team to a strong 2023 State Runner-Up finish, underscoring her immediate and impactful success in her second competitive sport.
