Rob Cross

Rob Cross, known as “Voltage,” transitioned from an electrician to a world champion darts player, achieving significant titles and global recognition within the Professional Darts Corporation. After securing the prestigious PDC World Darts Championship title in 2018 by defeating darts legend Phil Taylor, Rob Cross swiftly established himself as a dominant force in professional darts. This landmark achievement followed a rapid ascent after turning professional in 2016. That same year, Cross competed as an amateur Rileys qualifier, reaching the last 32 at the UK Open.

By 2024, Cross reached the semi-finals of the World Darts Championship and continued his winning ways, clinching both the Baltic Sea Darts Open and the US Darts Masters. Throughout his career, Cross has accumulated a total of 21 PDC titles, including five World Series of Darts titles. Most recently, in 2025, Rob Cross has shown no signs of slowing, securing victories at the Dutch Darts Masters and Players Championship 1. His consistent elite performance was further highlighted by achieving his first televised nine-dart finish in 2025, underscoring his continued competitive edge and enduring presence at the pinnacle of professional darts.
