Robin Thomas is an American actor both on the stage and on screen, having starred in countless films, television shows and stage productions.
Thomas attended Carnegie Mellon University where he studied drama, before transferring to the art department to study sculpture. He moved to New York where he used his art and design skills to work on renovations and install art and sculptures in the city. Alongside his career in construction he also started to work on films and in television, landing his first television role in 1982 with As The World Turns. From there his career on screen took off, becoming well known for his roles in Another World and Who’s the Boss?, as well as The Mommies, Life Unexpected and Hunter. Thomas has also been cast in numerous films, including Pacific Rim, Cougar Club, Summer School and The Contender, building up a reputation as a reliable and skilled actor. He has made guest appearances on some of the biggest shows of the last twenty years, with credits in NCIS: Los Angeles, Desperate Housewives, Law and Order: LA, 90210, and a six episode recurring role in comedy drama Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
Despite now being in his 70’s, Thomas shows no signs of slowing down, and continues to be cast in films and television shows. Most recently he’s appeared in Seberg and several episodes of Mystery 101.
