Rocky Carroll is an American actor and director known for his extensive work in theatre, film, and television, notably for his roles in “NCIS” and “Chicago Hope.” After earning Tony and Drama Desk Award nominations for his Broadway debut in August Wilson’s ‘The Piano Lesson,’ Rocky Carroll built a career across stage, film, and television. A graduate of the School for Creative and Performing Arts (1981) and holding a BFA from The Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University, he began performing William Shakespeare’s works as part of Joe Papp’s ‘Shakespeare on Broadway’ series.
