Rufus Sewell is a distinguished British actor whose career spans film, television, and theatre, showcasing his remarkable versatility and talent across a variety of roles. After earning the Best Newcomer Award for his London stage debut in Making It Better in 1989, Rufus Sewell went on to originate the role of Septimus Hodge in Tom Stoppard’s Arcadia in 1993, which garnered an Olivier Award nomination in 1994.
