In 1995, he relocated to Costa Mesa, California, to further his professional pursuits. Throughout his competitive history, Glifberg became known as ‘The Danish Destroyer’ and stands as one of only three skateboarders to have competed in every X Games event since its inception, accumulating a remarkable total of 12 X Games medals.
