The US skateboarder was partnered with the manufacturers of Cheetos and Doritos by MN2S, for a digital campaign encouraging fans to vote for their favourite snack.

The brand’s Flamin’ Hot Face-Off campaign saw Lizzie Armanto take the side of #TeamDoritos, against rapper Jack Harlow on the side of #TeamCheetos. Armanto shared several Instagram posts encouraging fans to pick a side in the debate with her 500k followers, as the two popular snacks battled it out in order to decide the public’s favourite. People were given the chance to win branded merchandise by demonstrating their love for Cheetos or Doritos through social media votes, and encouraged to share their passion for the brand with their friends and followers. The Flamin’ Hot Face-Off is part of the launch of the new Doritos Xxtra Flamin’ Hot Nacho flavour and the return of Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Spicy Pepper Puffs.

Lizzie Armanto is an American-Finnish professional skateboarder. After starting her skating journey in 2007, she placed first in the World Cup of Skateboarding in 2010, 2011, and 2012, going on to win silver at the 2013 X Games. Armanto recently represented the Finnish skateboarding national team at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
