Ryan Leak commenced his distinguished professional football journey by debuting for Wolverhampton Wanderers U23 side in the EFL Trophy in 2016, following 14 years of rigorous development within the club’s esteemed academy system. His foundational years saw him gain vital senior experience through strategic loan placements, beginning with a move to The New Saints in the Cymru Premier for the 2017–2018 season, where he amassed 12 appearances and netted one goal. He subsequently had a period at AFC Telford United, further diversifying his experience. Demonstrating remarkable adaptability and an ability to thrive in new environments, Leak then undertook a season-long loan to FC Jumilla in Spain’s Segunda División B for the 2018–2019 season, making 30 appearances and solidifying his reputation as a dependable defender in a competitive European league.

This transition marked his entry into top-flight Scottish football, where he has quickly become an integral part of the team’s defensive line. To date, he has made an impressive 49 appearances for Ross County, consistently performing at the highest level and establishing himself as a key player in one of Europe’s competitive leagues.
