Sacha Romanovitch

Sacha Romanovitch OBE has established herself as a prominent leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as the CEO of Fair4All Finance since September 2019. In this role, she has been instrumental in enhancing financial inclusion, focusing on providing fair and affordable financial products to those in vulnerable circumstances. Under her leadership, Fair4All Finance has forged strong partnerships with various stakeholders, significantly impacting the financial wellbeing of underserved communities.

Prior to her current position, Sacha made history in 2015 by becoming the first female CEO of Grant Thornton UK LLP, where she successfully led the firm to surpass £500 million in annual revenues. Her tenure was marked by a commitment to cultural transformation and talent development, overseeing a global workforce of 40,000 across 140 countries. Sacha’s innovative approach to leadership and her focus on sustainable business practices have set new standards in the accounting industry.
