Hevis Scarlet Ortiz Pacheco, known professionally as Scarlet Ortiz, was born on March 12, 1974, in Caracas, Venezuela. Her career commenced in the early 1990s with an appearance on the children’s show “Nubeluz.” In 1992, she participated in the Miss Venezuela pageant as Miss Sucre, which further elevated her public profile. Ortiz subsequently established herself as a prominent figure in Latin American television, particularly through her leading roles in telenovelas. Throughout her career, Ortiz has achieved several significant milestones. Her acting credits include notable performances as Camila Montes de Alba in “Todo sobre Camila” (2002-2003) and Federica Jorda in “Niña mimada” (1998).
