Scarlet Ortiz is a Venezuelan actress and model recognized for her extensive career in telenovelas and her transition into theater and network marketing. After her prominent participation in the Miss Venezuela pageant as Miss Sucre in 1992, Scarlet Ortiz rapidly became a leading figure in Latin American television. Her career commenced with an appearance on the children’s show ‘Nubeluz’ from 1994 to 1996, before she transitioned to starring roles in popular telenovelas. Ortiz captivated audiences as Federica in ‘Niña mimada’ (1998), followed by her acclaimed portrayal of Luisa Fernanda Riera in ‘Luisa Fernanda’ (1999).
The following year, she returned to Venezuelan television after a decade of international work to star as Mariana Wilhelm in the telenovela ‘Dulce Amargo’ (2012-2013).
