Simon Helberg

Simon Helberg gained significant recognition for his long-standing role as Howard Wolowitz in the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory, which ran for twelve seasons from 2007 to 2019. His portrayal of the character earned him a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in 2013. Helberg began his professional acting career in 1999, establishing himself as a character performer and sketch comedian, including joining the cast of MADtv for season 8 (2002–2003) and performing as part of the sketch comedy duo Derek & Simon, which led to a web series.
