Sir Richard Dearlove

Sir Richard Dearlove, a distinguished leader in British intelligence, was appointed Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) in 1999, a pivotal role he held until May 2004. His esteemed career in intelligence began in 1966 when he joined MI6, subsequently undertaking his initial foreign posting to Nairobi in 1968.
