Steve Cook grew up in Boise, Idaho. Cook is best known as a bodybuilding athlete, fitness influencer and coach. His family were very keen on sports and he was encouraged to participate from an early age. His father was an Athletic Director so he was often taken to the gym and track. He went on to play football for Dixie State College where he got a degree in Integrated Studies – biology/psychology.
