Stormi Maya Jellison was born on June 6, 1995, in New York City, New York, USA. Her career began in theater, where she developed her acting skills before transitioning into film and television roles. This early experience provided a foundation for her on-screen presence and versatility. Over the years, Maya has expanded her involvement in the industry to include filmmaking and writing, producing various independent films.

A significant milestone in Stormi Maya’s acting career was her role as Yennifer Clemente in Spike Lee’s Netflix show, “She’s Gotta Have It” (2019). Her filmography also includes appearances in “Hustlers” (2019) as Angel, “That Damn Michael Che” (2022) as Cherise, and “Wu-Tang: An American Saga” (2023) as Cookie.
