Driven by her great desire for elevating business, Susannah Schofield is a senior leading industry expert in strategic sales and business modeling. By no surprise, she is the youngest appointed female director within her industry. She is the Director General of the Direct Selling Association and author of strategic business book Mind the Gap: Creating Your Successful Business Strategy. Her first brush with the business world led her to create her own company, Best in Glass, a delivery service for boxes of drinks, accessories and cocktail recipes.
No stranger to leading a business to success, Schofield was Royal Mail’s New Business Commercial Director. Once responsible for leading a team of 300 and managing profitability with the regulation of the state postal service, Schofield effectively established Royal Mail as the delivery supplier of choice for SMEs all over the country. An ingenious asset, Schofield developed the Dice Matrix Model, an advanced business diagnostic tool that highlights six key areas of market intelligence (customer, sales, service, product, after-care, and the organization’s people) to form business decisions and strategy. Based on this model, she founded her own consultancy firm, Dice Matrix Group. Her company has teamed with football clubs to apply the model to drive sales and build online communities with fans, resulting in the SportDMM and PitchDMM apps.
