Tatiana Ivanova

Tatiana Ivanova achieved her first major international title in 2010, winning the women’s singles event at the FIL European Luge Championships held in Sigulda, Latvia. This significant victory followed her Luge World Cup series debut in the 2008–2009 season, where she finished 17th, marking her entry into international competition. Ivanova quickly solidified her position as a dominant force in the sport, securing additional gold medals at the FIL European Luge Championships in 2012 for both women’s singles and the team relay in Paramonovo, Russia. That same year, she earned two silver medals at the FIL World Luge Championships in Altenberg, Germany, for both singles and the team relay.

Throughout her career spanning over more than a decade, Tatiana Ivanova has consistently performed at the highest level, accumulating an impressive array of medals across prominent international competitions. Her numerous accolades include multiple World Cup podium finishes, five gold medals at the European Championships in women’s singles (2010, 2012, 2018, 2020, 2021), three European Championship gold medals in team relay (2012, 2018, 2021), a World Championship team relay gold (2019), and multiple World Championship silver medals.
