The Lean Machines are a pair of fitness experts, personal trainers and content creators dedicated to making fitness and training accessible to all.

The Lean Machines, also known as John and Leon, launched their popular YouTube channel back in 2011, building up a huge following of over 430k subscribers. Their videos are informative and straight forward, giving their fans the advice they need to reach their goals and feel better without fad diets or fitness trends. They now regularly post workout videos, fitness tips, recipe videos and motivational content, and have over 100k followers on Instagram. They’ve also expanded their brand to include a regular podcast, TLM Radio, where they talk about wellbeing and fitness as well as interviewing special guests and discussing the latest social media guidelines. They aim to open up discussions on the unrealistic standards and misleading information often shared on social media, and fans now turn to them as a trusted source of facts and advice. John and Leon work with many brands and major companies, most notably Nocco UK, Wolverson Fitness and Nike, and have even released their first book. The Lean Machines: Eat Well, Move Better and Feel Awesome was published in 2016 and was an instant hit with fans thanks to its clear advice and achievable workout plans.
