Randy and Jason Sklar are identical twin comedians and actors known for blending sports and comedy in their performances and various media projects. After writing for and starring in MTV’s sketch comedy series ‘Apt 2F’ in 1997, Randy and Jason Sklar established themselves as versatile comedic talents. Their early film work included a feature in the Troma production ‘Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV’ in 2000. They released their debut comedy album, ‘Poppin’ the Hood!’, in 2004, the same year they began hosting ‘Cheap Seats’ on ESPN Classic.
In 2017, they began hosting their current and highly popular podcast, ‘Dumb People Town,’ co-hosted with Daniel Van Kirk. Their commitment to stand-up continued with the release of their one-hour special ‘Hipster Ghosts’ on Starz Network in 2018. Their extensive television guest appearances include prominent roles on ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm,’ ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,’ ‘Comedy Bang! Bang!,’ ‘Childrens Hospital,’ ‘Chelsea Lately,’ and ‘@midnight.’ They also served as pit reporters for Comedy Central’s ‘Battlebots.’ In 2021, The Sklar Brothers further expanded their reach to mainstream audiences with an appearance on Season 16 of ‘America’s Got Talent,’ reinforcing their distinct blend of observational and sports-centric humor for a new generation of fans.
