The incredibly ripped and inspirational Theresa Ivancik is a IFBB professional bodybuilder and fitness model, gym owner, personal trainer and prep coach. She is the 2020 Chicago Pro Champ & Olympian, and featured in the reality TV show Buff Dynasty. She also works with Wings of Strength, an inspiring company advocating for female bodybuilding.

Ivancik began her journey into bodybuilding in 2001 while she was working at a local gym. Battling against bulimia, she was inspired by the women portrayed in Oxygen magazine and so she set herself the challenge of achieving the same look and level of fitness. She began researching diets and training and started weight training in 2006. A year later she competed in her first show in figure, and was placed first. She switched to bodybuilding in January 2010, and entered her first bodybuilding show in Pittsburgh in May. In 2011 she took over a fitness centre with her partner and coach Jeff Harlan, and in 2014 they opened Harlans Elite Fitness in their hometown of Butler, Pennsylvania. Ivancik then set her sights on turning pro and making it to the Olympia. She made her pro debut in 2017, coming second in her first show, and then attended the Rising Phoenix World Championships. She won her first pro show in 2019 along with the best poser award. In 202o she won her second show and a second best poser award, as well as Olympia qualification.

Ivancik regularly connects with her legions of followers and fans through Instagram, and Facebook, posting pictures and videos about her life around bodybuilding and fitness.
