Tom Grond is a travel blogger and full time world traveller who has visited close to 100 different countries. He is the author of travel project and blog Travel Tom Tom and has also documented his adventures on his social media accounts, including Instagram where he has racked up more than 195,000 followers. Not your typical influencer, his incredible photographs of different cultures, stunning landscapes, world architecture and sunsets have inspired the dreams of countless others who love to look at his account.

Born in The Netherlands, Grond first decided to go on a trip around the world in 2008, and in one year the intrepid explorer travelled through 24 countries including North and South America, New Zealand, Australia and finished in South East Asia. After returning to the Netherlands he began to save hard so he could quit his job and travel full time. In December 2012 his dream became a reality and he became a full time traveller, with the success of his social media accounts and website helping him to continue to explore the world.

Grond has so far spent 3,300 days continuously travelling the world – the equivalent of 9 years of moving around the globe – never staying in the same place for more than a month. A digital nomad thanks to his blog and social media accounts, his passion for inspiring others to also travel the world is now this inspirational young man’s lifestyle.
