Born in New York City, Thomas embraced sports throughout his youth and was talented in track and field, soccer and basketball, and his sporting skills earned him a Division 1 scholarship to the University of Delaware. After rising through the ranks as a fitness trainer, his popularity grew fast and he soon built up his impressive celebrity clientele list. Using his increased profile Thomas then created the “tonythomassports” social media channel, offering his high performance indoor and outdoor workouts online.
