Vincent Koch

Vincent Koch is a highly decorated South African rugby union player known for his formidable presence as a tighthead prop, bringing extensive international and club experience to his teams. After making his test debut for South Africa against the All Blacks in Johannesburg on July 25, 2015, Vincent Koch has established himself as a formidable tighthead prop with a career marked by significant international and club success. His professional senior career commenced with the Blue Bulls in 2012, where he made three appearances before joining the Pumas from 2012 to 2016, making 51 appearances and contributing 40 points. During this period, Koch also played for the Stormers in the Super Rugby seasons of 2015 and 2016, featuring in 33 matches and scoring 35 points, demonstrating his impactful presence on the field.

He made his highly anticipated debut on March 23, 2024, following recovery from a knee injury sustained during the 2023 Rugby World Cup campaign. Immediately making an impact, he was named Man of the Match in the 2023–24 EPCR Challenge Cup final, where the Sharks defeated Gloucester to clinch the title.
