Will Bynum

Will Bynum is a former NBA point guard known for his dynamic play, having transitioned from college basketball at Arizona and Georgia Tech to a professional career that included stints with the Detroit Pistons and international teams. After being named the 2006 NBA D-League Rookie of the Year, Will Bynum demonstrated a dynamic career marked by perseverance and high-impact performances across the NBA and top international leagues. His professional foundation was built on a standout collegiate career, notably contributing to Georgia Tech reaching the National Runner-Up position in the 2003–04 season, including a game-winning score in the National Semifinal against Oklahoma State in 2004. In his senior year (2004–05), Bynum was named to the ACC All-Tournament first team, averaging 20.7 points across three games and setting a Georgia Tech ACC Tournament record with 35 points in a semi-final victory.

On October 17, 2014, Bynum was traded to the Boston Celtics. After concluding his time with the Pistons, Bynum continued his professional career with a 10-day contract with the Washington Wizards on March 27, 2015, which was extended for the remainder of the season on April 6, 2015, marking his final NBA season. Concurrently, he played internationally for the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association, signing with them on December 5, 2014, and re-signing in August 2015. Bynum also returned to the NBA G-League, acquired by the Windy City Bulls on December 23, 2016, and concluded his professional playing career with Ye?ilgiresun Belediye in Turkey, signing with the team on January 20, 2018.
