MN2S singer Luciana has topped the charts in ten countries as a featured artist on Juan Magan’s ‘Baila Conmigo’.
‘Baila Conmigo’ has seen astronomical success in Latin America, where it has reached number one in Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, and Costa Rica. The track also reached the top end of the charts in Spain, Ecuador, Peru, and Mexico.
The press has called Juan Magan Spain’s answer to Pitbull, and the hook-laden brass-and-synth attack of ‘Baila Conmigo’ shows us why. Luciana’s English vocals open the track, and return with every chorus, while Magan sings exclusively in his native Spanish. Luciana also provides a Spanish chant before each of the song’s brass breakdowns, and brings the song home with a bouncy English bridge towards the end.
After establishing herself in the USA, Luciana is fast becoming one of the hottest artists in Latin America. She will perform to 80,000 people at Mexico’s Estadio Azteca as part of a huge TV event this month, playing ‘Baila Conmigo’ and a few solo tracks from her excellent back catalogue.
With last year’s Will Sparks collaboration ‘Sick Like That’, and now ‘Baila Conmigo’ under her belt, Luciana is truly living up to her self-styled moniker: the Queen of Electro.
