Actor Dougray Scott recently appeared as a guest on McCoist & MacAulay Live, a one-night-only event hosted by Ally McCoist and Fred MacAulay ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
Held on Friday 15 May, the live event brought together figures from the entertainment and sports worlds for an evening of stories, humour and discussion inspired by football culture ahead of the World Cup.
Hosted by Ally McCoist and Fred MacAulay, McCoist & MacAulay Live marked a revival of the popular television format originally broadcast throughout the 1990s. The original series ran for three seasons and became known for its mix of celebrity guests, football discussion and humour, including a memorable special filmed from the Eiffel Tower ahead of Scotland’s opening World Cup fixture against Brazil in 1998.
Dougray joined the hosts to discuss his career, current projects and love of football, contributing stories and conversation linked to the evening’s World Cup theme.
The event welcomed guests from across sport and entertainment, continuing the show’s long-standing blend of football culture, celebrity conversation and comedy.
Special thanks to the teams at 16 Miles and Tavistock Wood for their support on the booking.
