Actress, comedian, campaigner and author Ruby Wax has been chosen by Hammerson Shopping Centres to take part in an ongoing Christmas-themed online campaign.
Taking to the Twitter feeds of several UK shopping centres owned by Hammerson, Ruby played the part of Banta Claus, answering any and all Christmas-related complaints and queries in real time as they were posted. Ruby offered sage advice and witty solutions to festive gripes and Christmas issues, delighting fans with her typically sardonic sense of humour.
