Kaiser Chiefs made a significant impact with their debut album, Employment, released in 2005, which sold over three million copies and garnered critical acclaim. This seminal work earned them three Brit Awards in 2006, including Best British Group, an NME Award for Best Album, and was shortlisted for the prestigious Mercury Prize in 2005. The album featured defining singles such as ‘Oh My God’ and ‘I Predict a Riot,’ establishing the band’s energetic indie rock sound.
