Ben Rector is a Nashville-based singer, songwriter, and record producer known for his piano-driven pop music and independent artistic approach. After winning the Pop category in the prestigious John Lennon Songwriting Contest in 2006, Nashville-based singer, songwriter, and record producer Ben Rector went on to release his first full-length album, ‘Twenty Tomorrow,’ in 2007. His early career saw him recognized as Best Male Singer-Songwriter at the Northwest Arkansas Music Awards (NAMA) in 2009. 11 on Billboard’s Top Heatseekers. He continued his ascent with ‘Something Like This’ in 2011, making its debut on the Billboard 200, followed by ‘The Walking in Between’ in 2013, which peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200, establishing his consistent chart presence as an independent artist operating his own label, OK Kid Recordings.
